On the ventless WTG86 / heat-pump WTW87 / WQB245 platforms there is no resistance element, so the same complaint is the sealed compressor circuit instead — we confirm the platform by serial before quoting.
- The confirming test, not a guess: we ohm each heating-element terminal to the case.
