Viking refrigerator water dispenser not working in Toronto — what we check

These valves carry TWO independent solenoid coils — one feeds the dispenser, one feeds the ice maker — so a fridge that still makes ice but won't dispense water points straight at the dispenser-side coil, not the whole valve.
