Very happy with my experience as a first time customer .Had a problem with my front load washer he came over the same day he was hoping that it was just a drainage issue and not the pump unfortunately not the case. He got us the part next day and repaired it and I am happy to say all is well in less then an hour . Would highly recommend to anyone wanting a job well done in a timely fashion very professional and courteous.
Our whirlpool washer just started beeping last Sunday and wouldn't drain properly; figured it was a cycle thing and got it to drain somehow. Ran another load on Tuesday and the same thing happened so we found Ivan online - his reviews are very accurate. Called him Wednesday afternoon, he was able to come out on Friday (I wasn't in a rush). He was on time, had it fixed in 10 minutes (clogged drain) and he showed me how to fix it the next time my washer ate my socks. I'll probably just call him again though, that water stinks. Did I mention his fees? Reasonable and he charged exactly what he said he would. Super polite and friendly, very knowledgeable. Definitely calling him again if I have any other appliance issue!
